Yes its cute but sometimes because the animal is so cute we tend to not think twice before getting it and hence neglecting the baby. That is no cool.

This. I think the grills are annoying because the hammies tend to bite on them and then they are coated with paint and gets rusty over a period of time. Not nice for the hammie to bite on :( And they always climb on it so annoying! Like babarians!
Most important thing is that try not to get a wheel with like gaps because sometimes they feet tend to get stuck when they are running it halfway.
