Okay before I start blabbering about the movie and all that, I guess the most important thing you should know is that ZAC EFRON IS STARRING IN THE MOVIE.
Yes, I am right, Zac Efron. ( Not a fan of his though )
So girls or guys, listen up okay!
This story is about :
Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron), a sailor, receives a sailing scholarship to Stanford University. Before his departure for college, Charlie promises his younger brother, Sam (Charlie Tahan), that they will play baseball together every day until he leaves. Later that night, Charlie and Sam got into a car accident. Although a paramedic is able to revive Charlie, Sam dies in the accident. At Sam's funeral, Charlie runs away into the woods where he meets with Sam's spirit. Charlie plans to continue his promise to Sam by practicing baseball everyday at sunset.
So thats the first part. And after some blah blah blah
His high-school classmate Tess (Amanda Crew) returns home unexpectedly, Charlie grows torn between honoring a promise he made four years earlier and moving forward with newfound love. And as he finds the courage to let go of the past for good, Charlie discovers the soul most worth saving is his own.
So to get what I am talking about, here is the trailer below.
Okay so basically Mr Charlie boy fell in love with this Tess girl and then Charlie want to go sailing with Tess but gives up meeting his brother every single night to play baseball.
Tsk tsk what a brother Charlie but you know when true love kicks in its inevitable.
So to the Nuffnang question,
“Who would you like Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron) to choose – his brother or the girl he likes? And why?”
Of course without saying I will want Charlie bunny to choose the girl he likes.
WHY?!
Even if Charlie's brother died, nothing can take the relationship between them away. At the end of the day, brothers will still be brothers. And if Charlie is truly in love and happy with Tess, I'm sure his brother would be happy for him and blessing this couple from above.
On the other hand, can you imagine poor Tess :( If my boyfriend tells me he doesn't want to be with me because he needs to play baseball with his dead brother, I am so going to like WHAT THE HELL. Of course I am not unreasonable but it sounds kinda scary. Don't you all think?
And why still live in the past when your present is a whole new journey ahead. Stanford leh! Say that I'm cold blooded but I rather go to Stanford then meet my dead brother every night.
Thats a bit creepy don't you all think?
So in summary, I hope that Charlie will go with the girl that he loves. Because true love is hard to find. If you found it, treasure it.
No 2 people meet each other without a purpose. It must be fate that you can meet and what happens after that its all up to you.
So Charlie, hope that you are a sensible guy, and see that Tess is the girl of your dreams, please go with her and be sure that your little brother will be happy for you in whatever you do.
That is what brothers are for what, right? ;)
