Before that, I had a long and nice nap. The weather today was just fantastic. Besides I had nothing to do and the easiest way to kill time? SLEEP
I have my reasons to sleep okay?! I went swimming in the morning!!!! And i got really black withing 2 hours. I can show you!
Wah lao :( I thought I would be like of a golden blend because that was what was stated on my tanning oil. BANANA BOAT GOLDEN BLEND! But no! I look like shit.
Had fun swimming 10 laps horizontally the pool! We talked more then we swam. Before we left we went to play the Children's slide. And 3 of us ( Cyn, Penny and me ) went down the slide like idiots. Hahah but it was fun as we were sliding down at a very fast speed.
Back to yesterday,
SUPPOSED TO BUY INGREDIENTS AT NTUC AT 12PM BUT SOMEONE WAS LATE SO WE ONLY WENT TO BUY INGREDIENTS AT 1PM.
It was not a big deal but I had no breakfast yet! Super famished to the max and my lovely husband had to be late! Heeee. Before leaving the house, we decided to take a picture with our shades on. My shades still the cutest.
I love the polka dot dress I wore yesterday. Had been saving it for a special day to wear it. And when is more special then yesterday? I wanted the first person to see me in it none other then Hubby! :) The best thing is that this dress is only $6. Muahahha. Love myself.
So the both of us wore our shades and walked to NTUC at Tampines Mall. We bought Pasta sauce - Herbs & Spices, button mushroom, minced chicken, 500g of penne, 2 green peppers. Thats about it I guess.
Quickly, we went home and start preparing for our lovely LUNCH. It was already 2.15pm btw. My tummy was being a bitch by growling and growling.
So first, the most important thing is to bowl the Penne.

Yeah look at it boil. Yummy. The instructions said it only takes 14 minutes but I think we took longer than that to get it to soften and stuff.
So meanwhile, we diced all the onions and peppers first. And chopping onions is not cool. The fumes keep making me tear. But onions are really yummy you got to admit that!

So its like so-called his first time cooking in the kitchen and he was excited about frying the peppers,mushroom and onion. So okay let's do it.
I think he had a lot of fun. Because he was so excited throughout the whole cooking process. So cute.

My tummy was already growling very loudy by then because I was SOOOOO hungry and it smelt so good.

So while Hubby poured everything in a bowl, I went to set up the table! Just like a LOMANTIC lunch at some ATAS restaurant.
Luckily I have matching plates and bowls. So cute right. I just realised it matches my dress too
After cooking the meal I was really sweating like some pig. But it was really very fun! Its like after whipping up a good meal, you get to eat it, with your lover and see him enjoying every bite. You feel so fulfilled!

Omg when I eat it, its like made in heaven. Probably because I was so hungry already! The sauce was a bit too concentrated. Will learn to add more water the next time round ;D

After eating till we're so full, we watched 2 movies on my lappy in the air conditioned room! I cannot remember the titles though but one of it was Book of Eli.
LALALA don't really like though because I like comedy more as compared to anything. Especially if its a romance movie cum comedy. Heeee
And before you know it, its 7.30pm. And guess what granny had the coupon to a nearby park for the Mid Autumn festival Celebration.
Hubby, Sis and I walked over to collect our goody bag. I was wondering what the hell was so heavy inside that bag and it turned out to be a POMELO -.-
But anyway we bought 2 packs of sparklers and got a lantern! So we walked back to my place where there is this huge area for us to revive our childhood.
